Gleaning is Back!

Gleaning is a practice in which volunteers gather left over crops or produce to provide others with healthy food options.

We will be gleaning at the Harrisonburg Farmer's Market throughout the summer on Tuesdays & Saturdays from 12:30-2:30 pm and need volunteers who can commit to helping. This makes a huge impact in mending creation as we typically collect over 100 pounds of food each week! Food is then distributed to local food banks, shelters, and other organizations.
